Manuel holds a Master of Architecture degree and is a California licensed architect and a member of the American Institute of Architecture (AIA). He started his career in 2002 as an intern at Steven Ehrlich Architects. Prior to establishing Manuelian Architects in 2014, he worked for Hafco & Associates – a design-build firm in Los Angeles.
Manuel has completed many high-end residential projects by employing an efficient and responsive to the site design and space planning. He develops solutions that provide a unique architectural identity and give strong connections between interior and exterior spaces. Manuel has an extensive knowledge of the Los Angeles residential zoning codes which allows him to commence the project design with an awareness of the City regulations, thus expediting the building permitting process later on.
Manuel is an advanced tennis player, and he takes the game seriously. In his free time, he enjoys watching and playing tennis with friends. Early spring is his favorite time to visit Mammoth Lakes to ski and relax.
